product within 7 calendar days of receipt. Need to be
the following conditions are observed:
The product must be returned in this original packaging
The product must be returned withouth signs of use or consumption, that is, in the way it was received;
The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all you accessories that accompany it.
We do not exchange products that are inappropriate for the customer:
We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products so that there is no error in choose size. As stated in the Consume Protection Code - Article 18, no there is the legal obligation of the retailer to make exchanges due to customer regret.

VIDEO THAT PROVES THE DEFECT
Nnce all questions regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address to return the product and we will refund the amount paid out product and shipping.
FORMS OF REFUND
Credit card chargeback: this chargebackcan appear on up to two invoices after completing the return via the payment gateway.
TED - Transfer to the customer's account that can be carried out within 10 days useful after confirming the return. TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE IN THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT.
